What to Expect

What to Expect: Gathering During "Phase One" - UPDATED July 26

We have a plan in place to provide a safe and clean environment, including the sanitizing of chairs and surfaces between each gathering, and a mostly “touchless” experience, for attendees. Anyone who is sick is kindly asked to remain home and worship with us online, but all others are welcome, at their discretion. During Phase One, families will sit together in the worship center, including children. Because capacity will be limited, a simple RSVP is required.

We will provide the utmost care to ensure safe and clean environments. Here are some ways we will accomplish this:

  • If you are showing any signs of acute sickness, please stay home and worship with us online.
  • All 3Circle staff and volunteers (except those on the platform) will wear a face mask at all times. People attending will also be asked to wear a face mask or covering.
  • We will have a mostly “touchless” environment, one in which you can move from your vehicle, in and out of our buildings, without having touched anything with your hands.
    • Doors will be held open as you enter and exit.
    • We will not hand-out any printed materials or provide pens in seat backs.
    • We will not pass offering containers. We will have touchless collection boxes near the doors within the Worship Center. You may also choose to continue to give through our website, or our 3Circle mobile app.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available, and frequent handwashing with soap is encouraged.
  • We will adhere to social distancing practices (six feet between each person or family at all times), and ask that you do so, as well.
    • We may direct you to one-way facility entrances and exits, varying by campus.
    • We have reduced seating capacity to allow for adequate space between each person/family attending.
  • We will sanitize the facilities prior to your arrival, and in between gatherings. This includes the floors, restrooms, worship center chairs, and other touchable surfaces.
  • The length of each gathering will be under one hour, allowing for sanitizing and turnaround time between gatherings.
  • Coffee will not be served.
  • There will be no separate Family Ministry environments (Nursery, Kids, Students). Any children coming with you will sit with you during the gathering.

We look forward to worshipping with you!
